Our failure to list a current trademark is not a waiver of our intellectual property rights to that name or logo. All other products and company names mentioned in the Nithyananda Meditation Academy Website may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use of any of our trademarks in commerce may be a violation of the law without the express written permission of Nithyananda Meditation Academy. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by Nithyananda Meditation Academy at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations set forth in this agreement shall survive.

Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Venue for any action shall be proper in the courts of British Columbia.
